County Cooling stations open

The County has two cooling centres open this weekend for those looking to beat the heat – or fill water bottles.
The Prince Edward County Community centre is to be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday and until 8 p.m. Monday.
The Wellington and District Community centre is to be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday.
The splash pad at the Picton Fairgrounds is also open.
Sandbanks Provincial Park filled to capacity early Saturday and recommended visitors go to the beach in the late afternoon when crowds lightened somewhat.
