Superheros and Spy challenges for PA Day May 18

The Friday, May 18  P.A. Day is packed full of Superheros and Spy challenges.

The Picton Branch Library will be hosting a Superhero Storytime at 10:30am. Epic tales of heros will be told, snacks will be consumed, and everyone will get the opportunity to create their very own super hero! Then, in the afternoon, we are very pleased to welcome Aaron from Need a Hero? Comics in Belleville. Aaron will be bringing some free comics from Free Comic Book Day 2018 and plenty of information about the multitude of available comics for all ages! He will be at the Picton Branch Library from 2pm until 4pm so don’t miss your chance to get some free comics!

Not only is the Picton Branch Library full of activity on this coming P.A. Day, but the Wellington Branch Library will be hosting Spy School! At 10:30am, drop into the Wellington Branch Library to learn about disguises and code breaking! But that is not all, come back for round two in the afternoon where Gabby will be conducting a Spy Challenge at 2pm which involves some code breaking and sneaking past the high tech laser security system! Are you up for the challenge? Then come show off your spy skills this Friday, May 18th!
