Winter rising at Wellington Beach

The weekend’s snowfall is expected to drift into more flurries to come for the rest of the week – but mixed with sunshine. Daily high temperatures remain below the normal of -3 ranging from -5 to -7. The record for the most snow on the ground for February 4-5 was in 1977 with 39cm. – Above, showing lots of snow at Wellington Beach in this photo from John Ferguson.
