Average home sale price increases in May

Home sales in the Quinte area have been producing some good returns on investment over the past month.

“Our average residential sale price from May 2014 to May 2015 is up from $222,262 to $237,795 making home investment still a great return on your money,” said Jamie Troke, Quinte and District Association of Realtors president. “If you are looking to sell, there are actually fewer properties available on the market, soon making it a seller’s market.”
