Bloomfield resident ‘Aces’ lottery prize win

Pamela Reynolds of Bloomfield is $350,000 richer after winning top prize with the Instant Aces Wild $20 scratch game.

The 63-year-old said she’s been playing the lottery with OLG for more than 30 years and likes to give new ‘Instant’ tickets a try. “This is my first big win,” she shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect her winnings.

She purchased her ticket during her lunch break one day. When she played it, and discovered she’d won the top prize, she was in shock. “It didn’t seem real,” she said.

“I called my husband, and he was in disbelief,” she continued. “At first, he thought I meant I won $3.50! Later on, I shared the news with the rest of our family, and everyone was so happy.”

With her windfall, Pamela plans to pay some bills, invest for the future, and share with her children.

“I’m at a loss for words. I just can’t believe it!” she concluded.

The winning ticket was purchased at MacEwen on Main Street in Wellington.
