Celebrate the season at Wellington’s Christmas in the Village celebrations hosted by the Wellington Recreation Committee.
The no-cost event Saturday, Dec. 4 encourages participation in this year’s parade with floats, marching as a group, and encouraging members, staff, family and friends to participate.
Santa Claus Christmas Parade
9:45 a.m. Parade Formation, Belleville Road
10:30 a.m. Christmas Parade Leads-Off – Wellington Dukes will march with Santa
In the Town Hall: 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Santa & the Dukes, Candy Canes for the Kids, Kid’s Story Time with Faye Luftman at 12:30 p.m. (sponsored by Wellington Public Library)
CML’s Parent Council, Baked Goods/Craft Table, (contributions welcomed)
Kids Christmas Craft Tables, create a decoration
St. Andrew’s Anglican Church Hall
Bake Sale and Tea Noon – 1 – 3 p.m.
At the Existing Community Arena
A Free Skate with Skate-a-Claus from 2 – 4 p.m.
Entrance by Donation to the Storehouse Food Bank (Particulary welcomed items include, Adult & Children’s Toiletries, Laundry Soap, Dish Soap, Juice Boxes, Jam, Cereal & Toilet Paper)
