What can you spare?

A big thank you and shout out to the folks at Shelter Valley Farm and Greenhouse on Highway 62 for donating their collection of spare change to the PECMH Foundation to assist in the purchase of priority medical equipment. With the help of Nicholson Catholic College student and South Bay resident, Abby Taylor, we’re ready to get rolling (literally) and see what this spare change grows into. Who said money doesn’t grow on trees!

Word through the vineyard is the folks at Waupoos Estates Winery have been collecting their spare change for us, too!

We at the Foundation ask you, what can you spare? Can you spare your change like Shelter Valley and Waupoos Winery have? Spare your time like Abby is? We’re always looking for volunteers of any age (high school students looking for community hours are encouraged) and volunteers interested in sitting on committees (special event, fundraising, etc.)

For more information on how to get started, please call 613-476-1008 ext. 4503.
