Cool and overcast weather didn’t hinder attendance at the quaint Glenwood chapel for a PEC Jazz Festival event. An overflowing crowd gathered to hear Reg Schwager, on the guitar and Lenny Solomon, playing violin. The chapel doors were wide open as the beautiful music resonated in the building and throughout grounds. The event was sponsored by Elizabeth Crombie, with Royal LePage.
After the concert, historian Peter Lockyer (History Lives Here) lead an informative walking tour through a portion of the 62 acres of rolling hills and pathways and pointed out highlights of the interesting and scenic Victorian cemetery.
