Complaint of indecent act on Hwy 62

Prince Edward OPP seek information related to a report that a young motorist exposed himself to a woman Friday July 28 at approximately 8:50 a.m.

The female pedestrian was walking northbound on the shoulder of Hwy 62, just south of the Norris Whitney Bridge, when she reports being approached by an unknown male. Prince Edward OPP were told the male slowed his vehicle and spoke to her through the passenger side window. He exposed his penis and asked the woman if she wanted to have sex with him. The woman walked away from the car and the male turned his vehicle around, and was last seen southbound on Hwy 62.

The suspect is described as being in his early 20s with light colored skin, short black hair, light colored eyes and a round face with no facial hair, piercings or tattoos. The male was soft spoken and was polite to the woman. He was said to be wearing only a t-shirt and black underwear.

The vehicle is described as a light colored, possibly blue or grey, four-door sedan, no tint on the windows, no decals with a dark interior that was very clean. A partial plate (Ontario) was obtained and may contain the numbers 653.
