County Seniors Centres open houses continue

Open house events for the new County Seniors Centres begin this week.

The County Seniors Centre is operated by The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association. Through this initiative Community Care offers several programs that address the need for seniors to have social and recreational activities close to where they live.

The open houses are an opportunity for seniors to stop in and ask questions about the County Seniors Centre, give suggestions on new programs, enjoy refreshments and socialize. There will be a variety of games and cards for those interested. For more information call The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association office at 613-476-7493 or email Check out the County Seniors Centre webpage for upcoming programming.
