Dolphins wrap season with successful meet

Eight members of the Quinte Dolphin swim team attended an invitational meet on Sunday June 22nd at the YMCA in Brockville.

Abby Taylor, 14, scored big for the club placing in all five of her events.  She earned first place in the 200 IM, second place in the 100 fly, fifth place in the 50 free, and sixth place in both the 100 back and the 50 breast.

Annika Hudgin, 10, earned sixth place in both the 100 back and 200 back.
McKinley Miller, 8, posted four top 10 finishes while Yelena Hudgin, 8, broke three club records for ages 8 and under girls at the local Dolphin club.

Rowan Colby, 7, and Chase Colby, 9, shifted into the competitive stream and attended their first swim meet and each successfully executed three swims.

This event wraps up the invitational season for the Dolphin Club. 15-year-old Morgan Clark continues to prepare for provincial competition this month.
