Elks elf delivers Christmas gift to PE Learning Centre

Santa sent his Elf, Marilyn Dean from Picton’s Order of the Royal Purple to PELC with a donation of $250 to the Prince Edward Learning Centre. At the presentation were instructor Jenn Nelson, Executive Director Kathy Kennedy, Marilyn Dean and students Sleiman Al Jasem and Patrick McLellan.
