Enjoy Terroir: A County Wine Celebration – May 3

County Terroir is decanting once again for its 10th year to celebrate the Spring season. This anticipated annual showcase for new County wines is presented by the Prince Edward County Winegrowers Association and returns to the Crystal Palace in Picton, on Saturday, May 3, 2014 from noon to 5 p.m.
Many of the County’s 30 wineries will introduce their new Spring releases and serve their unique wines paired with cheeses and other gourmet food tastings.
Guests will also have the opportunity to take part in seminars, demonstrations and meet the winemakers themselves, while tasting some of Ontario’s finest. The event’s $35 – in advance – ticket price includes all wine samples and three food pairings. Additional food items are available for purchase.
If you don’t want to drive, there are a number of bus tours making the trip to Prince Edward County for Terroir. Keep an eye on the website www.countyterroir.com
