Fire department water curtain helps HUB playgroup beat the heat

The Prince Edward County Fire Department brought relief to this week’s sweltering heat and humidity with a water curtain for children attending The Hub Child and Family Centre’s Friday play day. The heat continues on Labour Day then temperatures are forecast to fall, reaching the mid-20s by Thursday.
