MARCH 13 – The meeting has been cancelled and will be rescheduled.
MARCH 14 – South Shore Joint Initiative Spring Meeting – Saturday, March 14 from 2 – 4 PM at the Milford Town Hall, 3076 County Rd 10. All are welcome to the presentation and annual general meeting. Registration begins at 1:30 p.m. with a brief business meeting followed by a special presentation
by Edwin Rowse on restoring the Hudgin log house on the Hudgin-Rose property purchased by The Nature Conservancy of Canada. Edwin is an architect with 30 years of experience in the field of historical architecture. South Shore Joint Initiative (SSJI) is a coalition of individual members and partner organizations working to protect the PEC’s South Shore Important Bird and Biodiversity Area (IBA) in order to maintain or increase the biodiversity of its terrestrial and marine ecosystems. www.ssji.ca
