Winter is a restorative time for nature, and we could all use a little more restoring ourselves!
Start dedicating time to improving you, by joining Kathy McAlpine Terpstra for the month of January:
JAN. 5 – Join the FitBit Challenge. No charge to join, you just need some sort of tracking device such as a FitBit, app on your phone or watch.
JAN. 6 – Cleanse Group – Have you ever considered a cleanse? Learn the safe way to cleanse, food plans and the best cleanse for uyou! Cleanse begins Saturday, Jan. 9.
JAN. 13 – After the Cleanse – What now? How to ease your body back into the full realm of foods and keep that clean body.
JAN. 28 – Low Back Pain Relief Workshop – Learn a sequence of stretches that can help alleviate nagging pain. Active, gentle workshop to learn the whole routine, then take the handout home. $45. Limited to six people.
