Whoa! There was more than ice cream to be enjoyed when horses Sterling and Rio delighted guests at Slickers in Bloomfield during a quick trot-about the village. The evening’s cooler temperature were welcomed by the horses, and their riders, following this summer’s extended heat waves. – Sue Capon photo
