An Introduction to Fascial Stretch
Milford Branch Library
Monday, Nov. 17
1:00pm–3:30pm
Kathy McAlpine is a lifelong Prince Edward County resident whose vision is to help people move easier and without pain. Years of experience in the fitness industry with her current knowledge of Fascial Stretch makes for a great combination! In the past 11 years, she has shifted her focus from teaching group fitness classes and personal training, to focusing on body treatments. In 2014, she was introduced to Fascial Stretch Therapy and was impressed. Every client can use this technique to help them move better and alleviate pain. She has since added certifications in RAPID Neurofascial Reset which is a technique to relieve pain by “hacking the nervous system”. As well as certifications in Exercise Therapy which helps her to address which muscles are not working the way they are supposed to – then she can give you the corrective exercises to help you!
