Relief from pain a stretch treatment away!

Relief from every day and chronic aches and pains is a just a treatment away and all you have to do is relax and receive!

Fascial Stretch Therapy is an assisted stretching technique that can help improve mobility, reduce pain, achieve better sports performance and improve flexibility.

County resident Kathy McAlpine Terpstra is a Level 3 certified Fascial Stretch Specialist and has completed her Sport Specific FST training. She is also RAPID Neurofascial Reset – Upper & Lower Body Certified and completed RAPID Core in January 2020.

Fascial stretch is a type of assisted stretching.

“Instead of stretching the muscles, we work on stretching the tissue surrounding the muscle,” she explains. “Kind of like loosening up that tube sock!”

The client is fully dressed and lies on a massage table.

“As an FST Specialist, I can assess what areas are tight and then apply Fascial Stretches to help loosen the tight areas.”

Some of the benefits you might experience are:
improved flexibility
reduced muscle pain
increased circulation
releases endorphins which provide natural pain relief
improved athletic performance due to increased range of motion

McAlpine-Terpstra has more than 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry.
