King Street will be temporarily closed as the County conducts mandatory water work.
Construction is set to begin Tuesday, June 27, and is expected to be completed by Wednesday, June 28. During construction (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.), King Street will be closed daily between Ross and Elizabeth streets.
Construction crews will be returning over the next few days to complete reinstatement work that may cause minor disruptions in traffic.
Access for local residents will be maintained at all times, but minor traffic delays are to be expected in the area.
The work is not expected to impact water quality and residents living in the area are not expected to experience loss of pressure while construction is taking place.
