Mayor kicks off kettle campaign in County

Major Dean Locke, Pastor, Salvation Army receives a donation from Mayor Robert Quaiff to start the annual kettle campaign in Prince Edward County.
The Salvation Army’s national campaign raised $22 million last year. Funds raised are to be used in the communities where they are raised to fight poverty at Christmas and throughout the year providing basic necessities such as food, clothing, shelter and provisions.
