Metro barbecue Saturday to help Back the Build

Join the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation at Picton Metro this Saturday, Aug. 6 for a barbecue in the parking lot.
The Picton Firefighters Association will staff the barbecue as part of Metro’s Round Up Campaign to Back the Build for our new hospital’s equipment campaign.
The barbecue runs from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Burger and pop – $4.00
Hot dog and pop – $3.00
A special rate will be available for larger families.
Staff at Metro are encouraging customers to round up their bills by $2 at the cash register to Back the Build. This is Metro’s third consecutive year hosting this fundraiser. The in-store fundraiser runs until Wednesday, Aug. 10.
Picton Metro is located at 73 Main Street in Picton.
