Skyway Bridge overnight closure Feb 8

A full closure of Highway 49 at the Bay of Quinte Skyway Bridge is planned from 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8 to 6 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023. In case of poor weather conditions, the closure may be rescheduled to take place from Febr. 9th to 10.
This closure is intended for the implementation of staging configuration for Segment A work which will consist of relocating temporary concrete barriers, temporary energy attenuators, delineators and placing temporary pavement markings.
Construction started in the summer of 2018 and is anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2024.
