There are now four hats in the ring seeking the mayor’s seat in Prince Edward County this fall.
Former councillor Terry Shortt has added his name as a candidate, joining Dianne O’Brien and Kyle Mayne, who will be running against current mayor Steve Ferguson.
The nomination period for the Oct. 24 municipal election continues to Aug. 19 at 2 p.m.
