CHEERS! from the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital, to Prince Edward Collegiate Institute (PECI) Parent Council, who delivered three winter planters to brighten spirits of patients, staff and visitors who arrive to the hospital this season.
The PECI Parent Council reported that as part of a planter and wreath fundraiser, 350 planters and 187 wreaths were created and sold resulting in more than $7,000 raised for projects at the school.
The Parent Council, grateful for the generosity shown by the community, decided gifting planters to the hospital was a great way to pay the generosity forward.
