Shoppers at Picton’s Metro grocery store have shown what partnership in action looks like by raising $16,781 for the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation’s (PECMHF) Back the Build campaign for a new hospital in the County.

The money was raised in a combination of customer donations between July 29 to Aug. 11, 2021 and a corporate top up of $5,000.

In year two of a four-year commitment to raise funds for the new hospital, Picton Metro has presented $33,431 to date.
