Two missing teens located

UPDATE: Teens located and returned home.

March 29 – Prince Edward OPP are requesting the public’s help in locating two male youths missing from a residence on County Road 28 in Rossmore, Prince Edward County.

Neil Keesick, 16, has been missing since Tuesday and is described as Indigenous, with brown skin, brown eyes and black hair that was recently shaved. He is 5’8″ tall and weighs 135lbs. He was last seen wearing dark pants, a light-weight burgundy colored jacket, black and red ball cap.

Acen Necanapenace, 14, went missing Wednesday and is described as Indigenous with brown skin, brown eyes and thick black hair. He is 5’10” and weighs 190lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, beige pants and a black ball cap.

Police say the two are likely together and could possibly be in the area of Octavia Street in Belleville.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these youths are asked to call the Ontario Provincial Police Communications Centre at 1-888-310-1122.
