Savour flavours of summer at Waupoos Estates Winery

Waupoos Estates Winery is located at 3016 County Road 8

🍑 Sweetness has arrived  at Waupoos Estates 🍒
Along with our vineyards and apple orchards, we grow a variety of fresh Ontario fruit. Our cherries and red currants have already been harvested, and the peaches, apples, and grapes are ripening up beautifully. Be sure to spot them on your next visit! 👀
Our farm-to-table approach ensures you get the best quality produce, whether you’re enjoying it fresh or in our delectable dishes and beverages. 🥂
Come explore our beautiful estate, take in the stunning views, and savour the flavours of summer! ✨
🍷✨ Say hello to Meritage Reserve 2022!
An equal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels. Enjoy aromas of cherry, blueberry jam, and raspberry, along with rich notes of forest floor, toasted oak, and vanilla bean. These delicious aromas carry through to the palate with nuances of vanilla and oak.
🍽️ Pair it with beef tenderloin, garlic and rosemary lamb chops, charcuterie, or a classic burger for a perfect meal! 🥩🍔🧀

Waupoos Estate Winery

Located on a stunning 100 acre waterfront property, Waupoos Estates Winery was the first winery in Prince Edward County.

The vineyards were first planted in 1993 with an experimental mindset to see what would grow in this area. As the vines continued to thrive, more varieties were planted – Waupoos now has 20 acres of established vineyards growing 18 different varieties. Our wines have placed in national and international wine competitions, with the medal count growing annually.

The apples are harvested from our estate or from our neighbour. 100% Waupoos Ontario apples. Smashed is our flagship cider – a blend of all apples we grow!
