Community Care for Seniors is hosting dance into summer with ViVa La DaNZa on Monday, May 30 at 1 p.m.
Join Caitlan Maggs from Moonhorse Dance Theatre for this Zoom webinar. Caitlan’s ViVa La DaNZa celebrates the joy of dance in a free and natural way.
The class includes a warm-up and a cool down and, in between, a lot of fun moving and dancing to Latin and African songs.
You will develop flexibility, coordination, cardio, rhythm, grace and JOY! Fun guaranteed. To register for this event call 613-476-7493. All seniors 60+ are welcome.
