Call library for assistance to borrow ebooks; stream videos

The library has ebooks, streaming video and more that you can access anywhere with a library card and internet connection. If you need assistance, library staff will be available by phone at (613) 476-5962 during regular library hours.

Interested in using ebooks or streaming video but don’t have a library card? Library staff will register you over the phone and give you your card number immediately.

UPDATE MARCH 16 – The County of Prince Edward Public Library is closing all branches until further notice.

WIFI will still be available from outside.

Library programs cancelled; lending continues

MARCH 13:  Until further notice, all Prince Edward County library programs including March Break, computer tutorials, home delivery, musical instrument lending, and community bookings are cancelled effective immediately.

After consulting with Hastings Prince Edward Public Health library staff will be wiping down all books with disinfectant and, taking this measure, book lending will continue.

The library does not charge late fees and encourages you to phone to renew books as needed.
