Taste That! launches comedy in the County

Athol-comedy-1Comedy County Round Up news anchors Susan Wallis and Gavin North welcome “egg-sperts” in their ‘Beak Counter Beak’ segment which cracked down with cocksure solutions to the dilemma of the size of Prince Edward County Council.

One big Athol family gathered for an evening of laughs at the township’s recreation centre in Cherry Valley and applauded the talents of the new County Artisanal Improv Troupe “Taste That”. Their sketches followed an improve workshop for those interested in honing their skills.

Troupe members Paul and Julianne Snepsts are founders of the Comedy Country festival to be held in August – headlined by Cathy Jones, of This Hour Has 22 Minutes, at the Regent Theatre.

Performers with Taste That! included the Snepsts, Susan and Glen Wallis, Gavin North, Lenny Epstein and Ryan Aldred.
