Three taken to hospital following incident at cement plant

Three people have been taken to hospital following an incident reported to be a gas/coal explosion just before 9 a.m. today at Lehigh Cement on Hwy 49.
Prince Edward OPP report officers are on scene with PEC firefighters and Hastings Quinte paramedics, the Ministry of Labour and the Office of the Fire Marshal will be investigating.
