Tired of peeing a little when you run, laugh or sneeze?

Do you pee a little when you run, laugh or sneeze? Worried about prolapse? Low back pain? There’s a good chance that your pelvic floor (the area of muscle between your tailbone at the back and pubic bone at the front) may not be functioning properly.
Too often, these issues are thought of as the inevitable consequences of childbirth and aging. But guess what – there’s something you can do about it!
A weak pelvic floor is no different than weak biceps, and can be strengthened with the right types of exercises. The Pelvic Floor Pilates (PFilates) program was scientifically developed by a urogynecologist to be more effective than Kegels at strengthening the pelvic floor. PFilates is also a great pre- and post-natal fitness option for maintaining pelvic floor strength.
