Watermain work on Paul Street to begin Sept. 5

UPDATE: Night work is planned for Wednesday, Sept. 6 and Thursday, Sept. 7 between the hours of 9 pm and 3 am.
Lane restrictions at the intersection of Paul Street and Main Street will be in place. Motorists are asked to avoid the construction area if possible.
Back-to-school traffic may want to avoid Paul Street as watermain rehabilitation work is set to begin Tuesday, Sept. 5.
Construction work on Paul from Picton Main to King Street is expected to continue until Oct. 20. The roadway will remain open to vehicle traffic and one lane of traffic will be maintained. Delays and partial lane closures are to be expected.
