Wellington Main area reduced to one lane

UPDATE OCT. 4:
Wellington Main Street between Prince Edward Drive and the water plant will be reduced to one lane. Traffic will be controlled by lights.
Traffic on Prince Edward Drive will be controlled by lights.
SEPT. 26: The County expects to be installing a new trunk water main through the intersection of Wellington Main Street and Prince Edward Drive from Monday, Sept. 30 to Wednesday, Oct. 2.
The work will result in a full closure of Wellington Main Street at the intersection of Wellington Main Street and Prince Edward Drive.
One lane access to Wellington on the Lake will be maintained at all times during the closure.
Wellington Main Street will remain open east and west of the closure.
Motorists are asked to avoid the construction area if possible.
