John-A-ExhibitMAY 17 – Always a Quinte Boy – New temporary exhibit on John A. Macdonald opens at Macaulay Heritage Park, focusing the connections that John A. MAY 17 – Official opening of the 2015 season and free admission at all the Museums of Prince Edward County from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Special welcome weekend at Ameliasburgh Heritage Village, featuring the Loyalist era re-enactors on Saturday and Sunday.

MAY 19 – Health Care Tomorrow Open House between 3 and 7 p.m. in relation to the public engagement process initiated by the South East Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) and its health care partners. The open house is at the Prince Edward Community Centre, 375 Main Street, Picton. It is to provide an opportunity for the community input on the future of hospital services. Residents can also go to to complete a survey and learn more. They may also call (613) 969-7400, ext. 5410 to request a paper copy of the survey.
