Join Janet Elson to explore Laughter Yoga! According to Laughter Yoga International: Laughter Yoga is a scientifically proven approach to improving physical, emotional, and mental well-being. By combining laughter exercises with deep yogic breathing techniques, it stimulates the body and mind in ways that conventional fitness or relaxation methods often cannot.
Just 10–15 minutes daily reduces stress, energizes the body, and promotes mental calmness and positivity. Scientifically proven to strengthen immunity, enhance brain oxygen, uplift mood, and foster social connections—reducing isolation. Regular practice builds emotional resilience, helping you face challenges with optimism.

Nature Journaling with Corina Brdar

Nature Journaling is a practice for connecting with nature, a personal response to nature and a way to foster curiosity, be still, and experience wonder.
The workshop is to be simple and fun, especially when you share with others. As with most things, it’s easier to learn and explore more deeply with guidance from an experienced person. Coming together with other people like you, who are curious and maybe a bit trepidatious, will make it easier to dive right in. You may even be inspired to turn this into a regular practice.
