10-bag limit for business recycling

Quinte Waste Solutions has introduced a 10-bag limit it will pick up curbside at local businesses.
The change, it states, is associated with collecting large stockpiles of street-side material and is expected to improve the safety of workers collecting the material.
The change is to take effect the week of October 18, 2021.
The recycling bags have to be properly sorted with one type of material per bag.
If businesses have additional recycling beyond the 10-bag limit, they can take the excess material to a County landfill and transfer site.
