All public schools open today

The Ontario Labour Relations Board (OLRB) has ruled that the elementary teachers’ protest scheduled for today violates the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
The provincial Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario has indicated it will respect the OLRB decision and teachers will report to work on Friday, January 11, 2013.
As a result, all Hastings and Prince Edward schools will be open to students on Friday, January 11, 2013.
Buses will be running for all students.
