Avoid intersetion of Main and Lake Wednesday and Thursday

McInroy-Maines Construction Ltd. will be repairing the sanitary sewer system at the intersection of Picton Main and Lake streets Wednesday and Thursday. Heavy equipment will be required and traffic lanes will be shifted around the site.
Construction is to begin at 7 a.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2016 and expected to be completed by Thursday, June 2, 2016. Work is expected to run from 7am – 7pm each day.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane and minor traffic delays are to be expected. The Main Street east-bound left-turn lane onto Talbot Street will be closed. Access to Talbot Street will be provided via Henry and Roger Street.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible.
Construction staff will be available to assist pedestrians on Main and Lake streets.
