CHEERS! to the County’s Keith MacDonald who received an award at the Eastern Municipal Conference in Kingston last week, recognizing and celebrating 45 years of dedicated public service, including three years as MPP for Prince Edward Lennox, as County warden, and more than 40 years as a County councillor.
