Anne Moffat, manager of the Loyalist Humane Society, draws the winning ticket for a Christmas gift basket valued at more than $200. The lucky winner was Janice Carter of Picton. Also at the Dec. 23 draw are Margaret Laliberte representing the Portabella Bistro and Fran Renoy, a member of the Humane Society. CHEERS! once again this year to Don, Roy and the staff of the Portabella who donated $850 from the sale of the tickets as well as the gift basket.
