Community Care appreciates support for seniors

The Prince Edward County Community Care for Seniors Association has gratefully accepted a donation from the Picton Rotary Club in support of services that help seniors to live at home. Members of the club have faithfully delivered Meals on Wheels each December since 1980. Above, in the photo from left, are: rick Jones, Past President of Picton Rotary; Debbie MacDonald Moynes, Executive Director of Community Care; Barbara Proctor, Past Chair of Community Care Board of Directors.
Gail Lynch, President of the Prince Edward County Lions Club, stopped by to present $500 to Debbie MacDonald Moynes, Executive Director of Community Care (at right) who noted “We are extremely grateful to the Lions Club for their generosity. Together we help seniors live at home.”
