Construction for natural gas in Cherry Valley begins soon
Administrator | Jun 10, 2025 | Comments 0
Enbridge is expanding natural gas service to Cherry Valley with construction over the next several months along County roads 22, 10, and 18. It is expected to last approximately four months.
The majority of the work is to be carried out by National Pipeline Limited, a subcontractor for Enbridge.
Enbridge anticipates service installation to individual homes and businesses to begin in August 2025.
As part of the expansion, Enbridge will also be conducting a tie-in for the Cherry Valley system, with work scheduled to begin on July 7. This portion of the project will take approximately two weeks and will occur at the intersection of Kinsley Road and County Road 22.
Lane reductions and traffic delays are expected in the area during this time. Traffic control personnel will be present to help manage flow.
Residents should expect heavy equipment, increased noise levels, limited visibility, and traffic disruptions throughout the duration of the project.
