Susan Quaiff receives the balance of a $100,000 donation from Michael Hymus and his son, Channing, Monday.
As promised this spring, County business owner and entrepreneur has delivered $100,000 to the Picton Splash Pad project.
He presented the first $33,000 in March and the remainder of his commitment Monday, to Susan Quaiff, committee co-chair, at his new chicken restaurant Angry Birds.
Community fundraising continues to meet a $250,000 goal of opening the pad at the Picton fairgrounds on Canada Day 2017.
