County roads get line painting this week

Line painting is set to take place on Picton, Bloomfield, and Wellington roads from July 16-19.
Minor traffic disruptions that are short in duration may occur during line painting and some work may take place at night to avoid heavy traffic periods. Construction lights and strobes will be used during line painting at night.
Traffic paint dries in approximately two minutes. Wet traffic paint may splatter on a vehicle if it crosses the line before the paint has dried.
Markings such as stop blocks and arrows may take longer to dry. Drivers are reminded to obey all closure signs and pylons.
