Delays at swing bridge Wednesday; Belleville bridge next week
Drivers who use the swing bridge over the Murray Canal in Carrying Place should note Parks Canada will be doing seasonal maintenance on the bridge. Occasional delays should be expected.
An overnight traffic disruption is planned for Tuesday, Nov. 1 between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Wednesday morning.
The Ministry of Transportation will be completing a pavement coring investigation resulting in single lane closure that may result in delays.
In the event of rain, the work will be completed the following evening, Wed. Nov. 2.
