Elks dive in to support Picton Splash Pad project

Picton Elks Club members Richard Wilkinson, Phil St Jean and Don Armstrong presented Susan Quaiff with $5,000 toward the Picton Splash Pad project. The members are expecting to present an additonal $5,000 with proceeds from their golf tournament.
