Filling potholes between snow storms

Between plowing, sanding and removing snow, County crews have been patching and repairing a glut of potholes and ruts this year caused by a winter of extreme up and down temperatures.
Meanwhile, winter continues its cold reach today as Environment Canada posts a snow squall warning for the evening. Wind gusts up to 70km/h expected in blowing snow.
For Thursday, the forecast is flurries and snow squalls. Local amount 5 to 10 cm. Blowing snow. Wind southwest 60 km/h gusting to 80. Temperature falling to minus 10 in the afternoon.
