Weather delays waste collection

DEC. 17 – Waste collection has been delayed in Hallowell and Sophiasburgh wards due to the weather conditions.

If your garbage and green bin are not collected on Dec. 17, please put the material back out for collection before 7 am on Wednesday, Dec. 18.

DEC. 11 – Waste collection services have been delayed along several roads in the County due to poor weather conditions Thursday.

Garbage was not picked up on County Road 10 and Bond Road.

Waste Management will complete waste collection along those roads Thursday, Dec. 12.

Residents are asked to put out their garbage and green bins for collection before 7 a.m.

DEC. 3 – Due to mechanical breakdowns, garbage and green bin collection service may be delayed in Hallowell ward Tuesday, Dec. 3.

Waste Management will continue its collection service until sundown. If your garbage and green bin are not collected, please put the material back out for collection before 7 am on Wednesday, Dec. 4.

NOV. 29 – Garbage collection was delayed in Ameliasburgh Nov. 29 due to mechanical breakdowns.

Garbage and green bin collection service continued until sundown. If your garbage and green bin are not collected, put the material back out for collection before 7 am on Saturday, Nov. 30.

NOV. 21 – Due to mechanical breakdowns, garbage and green bin collection service will continue until sundown on Thursday, Nov. 21 in Athol and Hillier.
If your garbage and green bin are not collected on November 21, please put the material back out for collection before 7 am on Friday, Nov. 22.

NOV. 20 – Due to mechanical breakdowns, garbage and green bin collection service may be delayed in areas of Waupoos and Cressy.

Waste Management will continue its collection service until sundown on Wednesday, Nov. 20.
If your garbage and green bin are not collected on Nov. 20, please put the material back out for collection before 7 am on Thursday, Nov. 21.

Nov. 13 – Due to mechanical breakdowns, garbage and green bin collection service may be delayed in Hillier Ward, Athol, Wellington, and Bloomfield on Thursday, Nov. 14.

• Waste Management will continue its collection service until sundown on Thursday, November 14.
• If your garbage and green bin are not collected on November 14, please put the material back out for collection before 7 am on Friday, Nov. 15,

NOV. 13 – Due to mechanical breakdowns, garbage and green bin collection service, Waste Management will continue its collection service until sundown on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
If your garbage and green bin are not collected, put the material back out before 7 am on Thursday, Nov. 14.
